Covering up is best. Sunscreen is a big money hole sham. Plenty of 50 SPF swim clothing that is awesome. Zinc for the face and a hat to boot. I work outside in Florida often in temps 100 or higher but I stay covered from head to toe. At the beach now too. The sun is a killer.
