Great question. I asked that too. The answer I received didn’t make me feel better but it partially satisfied me. According to a source (I can’t remember who), the price varies due to tax zones for businesses. I don’t know if this is accurate but it makes sense. A tax can be higher because of traffic and population demographics as well as other factors.
