I have a supernatural thriller, crime novel coming out soon. Not sure about whether to go with only Amazon and Kindle Select or not. I'm not well known and need to promote.
I have Draft2Digital. Was going to use them to go worldwide and they help promote with affiliated services. It's a tough choice. Any input?
