I think anyone calling themselves 'Woke' is off a bit. Like you point out actions speak louder than words. 'Woke' isn't a magical label. I think, for many of us, it's establishing new habits and creating the change in synapses entrenched in irrational thinking.

A wise relative once told me that it's better for someone else to speak of me as smart than for me to toot my own horn(which could be mistaken). I think this principle applies to 'wokeness'. We need others to see it and feel it.
