The 'how to' articles are where it's at and they are as popular or more popular than ever. My lament is for the creative writer, the fiction writer, the poet, the artist working for the same money but not getting the same recognition. Very true you are that no one is forced to read and we may all choose. I do believe there is preference given to stories focusing on how to write and self improvement stories instead of fiction and artistic writing. Eyes are lead away. The repetition and monotony is dreadful, but there is money to be made. Not all is dreck and gems appear but if you don't have one of the popular names the trimmings may be skinny.

I want to be read but not if it means compromising the heart of what I need to write. Not saying the same is true for you. So many grey areas within this sphere of thinking. Make a living or focus on the art/or both? Shall the twain meet?

Successful writing and content creation to you.

By the way your bio reads you're a best-selling author, please let me read something of yours you've had great success with.
